Junior/ Senior Financial Data Analyst (Sofia Office)
They are seeking Junior or Senior Financial Data Analysts to join our growing Sofia Office team. You will be specializing in insider transactions (Directors’ Dealings / Management Share Transactions).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyze corporate filings for relevant insider trading data, parse out relevant information and place them into determined classifications in our ownership datatabase using proprietary software
• Check news flow and analyze annual reports of companies to extract more relevant information to provide a more thorough picture of insider activity
• Collaborating with team members to continuosly improve the quality and accuracy of our data and to ensure data integrity
• Help build and maintain existing and new databases of proprietary information

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with and support the Analyst Team in Sofia
- Monitor websites of Financial supervisory Authorities and Stock Exchanges
- Support reporting/screening applications and systems
- Work with company partners to understand their requirements and provide data which can help them observe patterns and spot anomalies with ad hoc queries
- Build, test, and deploy reporting solutions to support analysis of data defects
- Work with the IT Team in Frankfurt, Germany
- Resolve operational job failures and process configuration, monitor related systems
