Based out of London and Dubai, 2point0 Concepts is an innovation and design agency offering customized strategy, design, and software solutions for immersive environments.
Incepted from two dorm rooms 4500 miles apart (Tampa, USA and Sheffield, UK), 2point0 Concepts grew to having offices in USA, UK, UAE, India and Bulgaria. They don’t mean to brag, but we define international in the dictionary. Their team consists of young and knowledgeable, enthusiastic and dedicated, creative and downright awesome technology geeks, who live and breathe digital, love challenge and are constantly improving. Currently, their core markets are the United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East, where they offer a range of services including software and app development, design services, full turnkey digital signage solutions (strategy and implementation) as well as having a range of own software products in the pipeline for end users that are soon to be launched. They are fast-growing and ever-expanding, and the work we do both internally and for their clients, calls for finding a seasoned Creative Lead / UX/UI Designer to take ownership of creative direction, show leadership and initiative, manage our team of in-house designers and come join them in conquering the universe one day.

Soft skills required for the role:
– You dream in English. Near bilingual proficiency in a must as this is the official language of the company that all internal and external communication is carried out in.
– Leadership qualities. Some are born leaders, and they’ve always known it. Strong leadership skills are important as you will direct and manage a team, and take ownerships of initiatives, seeing them through to completion
– Creative mindset. You will be the creative lead of our design core. Creating a wonderful UX/UI for our clients and internal projects is of utmost importance. You will have creative freedom and if you are their person, that should make you tick.
– Self-organisation and communication skills. They are a remote company which means you will coordinate and communicate with teams located geographically away from you on daily basis. This presents certain organisational challenges that are met with a high-level of awareness and innately attuned communication skills.
– A friendly, bubbly, open-minded and overall awesome personality 🙂
You have experience in:
– Graphic design / Branding
– UX/UI design
– Mobile, Web, Product design
