FULL-TIME HEAD OF OPERATIONS SOFIA Office (m/f)
Your duties:

  • Full people responsibility for our Operations Team in Sofia
  • Supporting your team members operationally, ensuring our quality standards and reaching productivity goals
  • Conducting regular feedback meetings with your team members, ensuring excellence and improvement
  • Handling calls and emails in escalation situations
  • Create an atmosphere of fun, creativity and start-up
  • Evaluation and controlling of relevant KPIs
  • Providing statistics and insights into current trends

Your Profile:

  • You approach challenges with a positive attitude, and maintaining internal customers satisfied is what keeps your heart beating
  • CFA Education or Research in an financial market organization is a Plus
  • You have gained at least 3 years of experience in a leadership position, in either the customer services or moving industry
  • You have the ability to make decisions quickly as well as be convincing while still being friendly, helpful and competent
  • You pay attention to detail and demonstrate excellent organizational skills
  • You like an environment of growths and change and can adjust accordingly
  • You possess excellent English skills

Your duties:

  • Identifying appropriate channels and networks for recruiting highly qualified experts
  • Headhunting and direct approach of suitable candidates
  • Calculation of the man-power needed and development of position-specific required profiles in close collaboration with the respective departments
  • Consulting our departments in HR-related issues
  • Development and implementation of training on the subject of recruiting junior staff
  • Talent scouting at internal and external recruiting events and at network meetings
  • Maintenance and enhancement of our talent pools

Your profile:

  • Ideally you have training or a degree in the fields of psychology, communications, law or economics
  • You have several years of relevant professional experience in the personnel services sector, a headhunting agency or a start-up
  • You can familiarize yourself quickly with complex topics and make informed decisions
  • You are goal-oriented and combine commitment, implementation skills and creativity with very good knowledge in Human Resources
  • You like to expand your Network
  • You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment well and can adapt quickly to changes

In your role as a Research Analyst & Data Hero you combine curiosity for financial markets and data technology.
What you’ll do:

  • Work with large amounts of data
  • Research companies in detail and get in contact with different people within these organizations
  • Act as a point of contact and advisor between us and our “data” customers, developing a trusted advisor relationship with them
  • Manage the quality of our data
  • Closely collaborate with the sales, marketing and tech teams
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports
  • Analyze data, find patterns and suggest improvements
  • Undertake any other projects that may arise – be willing to step outside your comfort zone and learn quickly

Who you are:

  • Have completed a relevant degree in Business Administration, Finance (CFA f.e.), IT or Engineering
  • First work experience in an international company
  • Fluent in English , any other languages is a Plus
  • Interest in financial markets is another Plus
  • Passionate about data and want to improve its quality
  • Advanced Excel proficiency: formatting, formulas (lookup, concatenate, index, match, offset), consolidating multiple workbooks, pivot tables
  • Motivated problem-solver with an appetite for growth in a fast moving, industry defining business
  • Attention to detail, while at the same time retaining “the big picture”
  • Able to take ownership of your work
  • Can prioritize, if necessary, based on firm criteria and current situation
  • Brilliant collaborative and interpersonal skills (advanced English is required)
  • MySQL knowledge is a plus
  • Already local or keen to move to Sofia
