“For the first time, GTC is offering added value to its tenants by providing shared workspaces in two of its existing buildings. We are happy to announce our cooperation with the pioneers and top professionals in the field – betahaus Sofia. As of this November, they will fully manage an entire floor at Advance Business Center 1 and we are confident that they will do a great job so we are also planning to expand this partnership further and at the very beginning of next year, we will jointly launch the project in Sofia Tower II, where betahaus will manage two floors. On one hand, this approach will bring additional opportunities to our current and future tenants to be more flexible in line with the new trends in the work of employees as a result of the pandemic, and on the other hand we believe that this proposal will be a good option for individual tenants who prefer to have available smaller work areas where they can carry out their activities in a pleasant business atmosphere.”
Alexander Mihaylov, cofounder and CEO of betahaus Sofia commented:
“We are thrilled to work together with the GTC network and fuel GTCs decades-long experience of building office spaces to the highest standards with the successful coworking model of betahaus and our brand culture. The resulting „future of work“ model will offer future tenants office spaces that boost productivity and efficiency, while providing the much anticipated flexibility. And all this while being part of the great betahaus community of like-minded professionals.”
