Last year we announced a strategic partnership with one of the leading commercial real estate developers in CEE, GTC Bulgaria, part of the GTC Group. This partnership enabled us to expand and develop a new business line, providing flexible workspaces in class A office buildings for larger companies at flexible terms.

After successfully validating the shared workspace model in class A office buildings, we opened our 4th location in the beginning of May.
